1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customizable Products: Orders for customizable cups, A4 sheets, and cartridges cannot be canceled once the customization process has started.
- Non-Customized Products: Orders for non-customized items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After the 24-hour window, cancellation may not be possible if the product has already been processed or shipped.
How to Cancel
- To cancel your order, contact us via email or phone with your order number and cancellation request.
- If the cancellation request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
2. Cancellation by Saini Solutions
- We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- Out of Stock: If the product is no longer available.
- Payment Issues: If the payment was unsuccessful or incomplete.
- Incorrect Information: If the provided shipping or customization details are incomplete or invalid.
- Fraud Detection: If the order appears to be fraudulent.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved Cancellations: If the order is canceled before processing, the full amount will be refunded within 10-15 business days.
- Partially Processed Orders: If customization or processing has started, partial refunds may be issued based on the progress of the order.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Cancellable Products
- Custom-designed products cannot be canceled once production begins.
- Used or opened cartridges are non-cancellable.
