Return and Refund Policy

At Saini Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality, including A4 sheets, However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, this policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The item delivered is incorrect or does not match the order.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in the original condition with all accessories and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened cartridges unless they are defective.
- Any product damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation by the customer.
4. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Include photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .
Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 10 days.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued only if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In cases where only a partial refund is applicable, we will notify you of the amount and reason.
6. Replacement Policy
- If the product is found defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
- We will initiate the replacement process once the returned product is received and verified.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the specified period, please first check your bank account.
- If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be a processing delay.
