1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship products across India.
  • For remote or restricted areas, delivery may take longer, and additional charges may apply.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate or free shipping (as specified on the product page) applies to most orders.
  • Additional charges may apply for bulk orders or express shipping options.
  • Shipping fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

4. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
  • Shipping policy – All orders will be delivered within 7 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and location-specific factors.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided.

6. Missed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs if re-delivery is requested.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging for a prompt resolution.
  • If your shipment is marked as delivered but not received, notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier service for investigation.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Saini Solutions will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as:
